It is strongly recommended to add extra insurance and/or Signature Required Shipping, especially during the holiday season when packages are more likely to get stolen. Please read our Shipping Policies page for details also. We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen.
All priority packages include $50 insurance. (See Shipping Policy tab for further details/stipulations) You may purchase additional insurance by adding from the drop down menu. Insurance claims are subject to approval by the shipping carrier. You must file a claim through the carrier (not through us) and they will determine if you are approved for the insurance claim. We have nothing to do with approvals/non-approvals. Choose the dollar amount of the value of your package from the drop down menu.
You may also choose to add on Signature Required Shipping. This will require a signature from the person accepting the package before it can be delivered. There will also be a date and time stamp when the package was delivered or attempted to be delivered. A delivery record is kept by USPS and available electronically or by email, upon request.
